"Today we went to IHOP, I order the spicy pobleno omelet looked amazing except the thick black hair in it right on the cheese!!! Beard hair. I send it back and they remake it but without any peppers or sauce, I ask the waitress where is all the peppers and she said when the manager makes them he puts them inside, so I get a to go box because loss of appetite, get home, few hours later I am able to eat...nothing inside the omelet, totally ripped me off."

"Service was not great. Food came out one plate every few minutes, but every 20 minutes didn’t even get most of the order right and service sucked would not come back and would recommend going somewhere else."

"This IHOP location has always had very poor service. Today, the service was the very worst, as in zero. The server (Kayleigh) waited on the table adjacent to us multiple times but totally ignored us. We waited for quite a long time to order, despite only four tables being occupied in this room. I ran out of water and the server handed us the ticket and never asked if I needed more water. She picked up the check/card and I had to stop her to request a to-go box. We haven't eaten here in a long time and will never, ever return."

"I really like the food but there is always one service member with an not working attitude.. hands on the pockets. Sometimes the silverware is still dirty and the tables are barely wiped clean. They have great service but the one we always get unfortunately who forgot us one time, the other she brought the wrong food and other she was talking to a customer who literally just wanted to eat breakfast without disturbance. Just annoying.."

"It was great too see the old Cotton Patch building back in use. The freshened up decor was great. The food was fine, same predictable thing you'd get at any ihop. Since the place had only been open a few days and a storm was coming in they had few staff and most were pretty new. Which is likely why some food was missed and there was some meat in our veggie omelet. But the servers were super nice and came and manager came in to help staff they'd sent home due to the weather. We look forward to coming back when they have a little more experience."
