"The food was great because it was serve fresh but only because the drive-thru was packed and the lobby was packed. It was like a 45 minute wait for our food. It was a good thing that we were not in a hurry and we're just out for the evening. If you go there just make sure it's not on a Friday evening from 5:00 to 7:00. It is very busy and unorganized and they don't have enough staff to take care of their customers!"

These locations have shut down in my hometown so when I decided to head out to Siloam Springs for the wonderful bustling business district, finding a Long John Silver's was a huge pleasant surprise that I didn't even realize I wanted until I saw that yellow sign! It wasn't too busy, so I had the wonderful privilege of getting my service quick by a very friendly staff who had the food out fresh and fast! Biting into that wonderful chicken and fish, tasting the hush puppies surrounded by boating decor, it was such a pleasant walk down memory lane for me and I'm so appreciative of the staff for making it even better!"

"If you’re wondering if that fish taste the same as you remember back in the day, …. yes it does and this location makes it even better. How you ask? It’s not as greasy and is so fresh and piping hot! It’s sooo good. This is our Second time at this location and we are not disappointed at all, Both times the store was clean right after a lunch hour, the employees are extremely friendly, helpful and are making this place great. Very impressed. Now for the A&W, oh yes that root beer is exactly what we remember of the good old days of car side. Pairs well with that fish too! The decor of the inside of this A&W/Long John’s is perfect."
