Pizza Hut 2630 East 29th Avenue, Spokane, WA 99223

"I will never order from this Pizza Hut location again. I made several attempts to place an order over the phone and could not get through. I then drove over to the location on 29th and regal to place my order and expressed how I couldn’t get through and the gentleman said they were short staffed. I placed my order & went in to pick up after 17 minutes & the “manger” called me miss inconvenience when I told him my name. I said, excuse me?! He gave me my order and I was surprised to see what my order looked like, the pizza was very thin and the slices were NOT cut like how they should be. It was horrible looking and after the way I was treated, I was afraid to even eat it. I asked for a refund & left."

"Honestly ordered over the app but it was my boyfriend‘s birthday so I gave a ring in and I just wanted a heart on the box but they went above and beyond they gave us Cinnabon and it made his whole night forever grateful. The workers that are, there are beyond amazing and the sweetest people you could talk to. I got my order and I didn’t find my soda less than five minutes later this man was back at my house with my soda. Such a gentleman such amazing staff into the woman on the phone, you deserve the world"

"Food is often wrong. Im pretty sure door dash is just their delivery system now. The store workers don't answer the phone because they have a call center now (not us located, you know so they can pay them less) In fact the phones in store have the ringer off. There is no *atmosphere* it's been gone since you guys got rid of the restaurant part if your establishments. It's just a shell of a company."

"What a terribly ran place. Order says in the oven right after placing order doesn’t leave store for about 55 minutes. Says they’re using door dash to deliver and mean while door dash driver is stopping at other restaurants to pick up other orders. I did not volunteer to use door dash I used Pizza Hut. Paying 50 dollars for cold and late food is unacceptable. Calling into store and have been on hold for almost 15 minutes. You don’t have employees, management or ownership who cares. I will not give this up"

"Seriously ?? I been waiting to write this review. I have only had awful experiences here. One of the times I ordered a pizza and I went to pick it up and they never put the order in the oven. The second time this is what delivered to my house. You need To get your store together"
