Pizza Hut

"When you order a pizza and have it delivered , you would expect it to be cooked all the way. Dough was still raw. Had to reheat it in our oven to you make it edible. Then for what you pay these days and receive is sad. Ordered bread sticks as well and wow the amount of marinara sauce they give you is sad. It use tobe twice the size. They dont give you paper plates anymore or napkins? Place has gone down hill. It's the little things that keep business going. Guess next time I'll give Domino's a try."

"I tried ordering online but the site crashed 3 times, so I decided to call in instead, but after trying to call twice and sitting on hold for a while each time and having the call dropped. I gave up and went with a different company. I'm not sure if it was just a busy night for the location or something else but we were a little disappointed with the experience. It shouldn't be that hard to order a pizza."

"Best pizza hut in town. great service, staff and food. I've never had an issue with the pizza or staff which is rare to say now a days. Love the new melts and that Zach guys got an absolute wagon on him too."

"Unreal customer service, the GM is a lady that just doesn’t care about her customers. In fact she’s the one making the food and when there is an issue instead of trying to fix it and take responsibility she pushes it back on the customer with an argument. Look I work for a restaurant and I will even tell you mistakes happen but for a GM to act like she’s made of gold and can do no wrong is horrific and absurd! All my food was dry and she made me drive all the way back to the store just to “verify” my food was dry. I drove all the way back up to the store just to get into an argument with her and her telling me this is made to the spec. Well I’m sure of corporate finds out how they make their food and hears how the GM treats her customers I’m sure they wouldn’t be pleased. This is insane how this store is managed. I did get treated by a gentleman that was extremely nice and wanted to help until the GM stepped in. She should really learn from her employees and be more like them. Sometimes a simple I’m sorry we’ll fix this for you makes the biggest difference. Not an argument making me not want to ever come back to this store again. To the GM of this store DO BETTER! Be more like your crew! Not everyone is looking for free food but instead looking for quality food that they paid for with their hard earned cash!"
