"Put order in at 530. Said the wait time was 30 mins and order would be ready at 604. It's 642 and the order still isn't done. Short staffed is not an excuse anymore. Everyone in the country is short staffed. Increase your wait times on the website. The employees offered only male customers first responder/military discounts when I am a first responder and was not told it was even an option. People coming in and ordering at the register 45 minutes after me are getting their pizzas first. I will not come back to this location. PS finally got my pizza at 658."
"Went in tonight and were terribly slow. I ordered online, which gave me a time 45 minutes later. I showed up, and waited in the store for 20 more minutes. I ordered 1 pizza. I saw someone walk in and ordered more pizzas at the counter and got theirs before me. If you aren't going to provide a decent level of service to online orders then why bother having them."
"The workers are great, it’s corporate that needs a spanking. They got rid of their popular cinnamon wheel breadsticks and garlic parm breadsticks, and replaced them with these balls of bread for the same price. Also, the truck is 3 days late with supplies, so when we got our cinnamon monkey bread home, the icing cup was only filled 1/4 of the way up (if that). Basically a Tbsp. Of measured icing for a family to share (come on PM corporate do better for your customer base and workers). And bring back the cinnamon wheels, employees don’t want to make those damn monkey bread bowls, they’re busy. I used to work at this location years ago when I was in HS and it seems corporate is cutting costs in weird ways now. I don’t blame the employees for this. We won’t be back until they bring back the favorites we miss."
"I ordered well before they closed. They asked if I could be there before. I told them yes. They closed 10 minutes early. There was only a kid in the building. When he saw me he shook his head and started laughing. The last time I worked for minimum wage, it was half of what this kid makes. To treat people like that is extremely rude. You are disgusting people."
