"I've been to several Mod locations, but this one really goes above and beyond. The staff are incredible; they greet me by name, ask how my dog is doing, and are just genuinely caring and friendly. The food is always spot on, is done quickly, and the ingredients are high quality. Do not skip on this location. Absolute top tier."

"What A GREAT Dining Experience!!! I was greeted in a Friendly Manor when I walked through the door at about 9pm. I was informed that the restaurant was open until 11pm. Which totally relaxed me as I was racing to order, fearing a 9pm store closing. Kora the pizza technician listened carefully as I placed my order accommodating my every wish. After I ordered, I went to wash my hands and I grabbed a Drink, I love the Marionberry Lemonade! I turned to my table and I was delighted to see my pizza on the table. Naomi the Manager had perfectly cooked my pizza. The Number One thing I HATE with many pizza oven places is BURNT CRUST!!! Naomi Got crust JUST RIGHT! Naomi's friendly, honest conversation was a SURPRISING GIFT... A TREAT!!! Naomi's Welcoming Ways made this by far my Best Mod visit. The Pumpkin Spice Cake treat was a JOY : ) THANK YOU. I WILL BE BACK. And I will tell my friends how Great the Shadle Mod Pizza is."

"I went here today with my bride and cannot comment more positively on our experience or commend the GM (Cole, I believe is his name) more! The facility was immaculate, both inside and out, bathrooms also. The staff was helpful, and many folks in the back came out to help with the front counter staff to handle the crowd that all came simultaneously. One person was working the dough, two were making pizzas and salads, one was running the register, and the GM was cooking the pizza, engaging the customers; some he seemed to recognize as regulars, and many he called by name as they entered the store. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have enjoyed participating in. Congrats on this particular MOD location in Shadle Park! Show me an extraordinary team like this, and I will show you a great leader behind it! Fantastic work to TEAM MOD at Shadle! Highest recommendation!"

"This was our first time eating here and we were just amazed at the pizza. The crust was flavorful, and just the perfect amount of toothiness. Each location has unique fresh made drinks. We had a caramelized peach ice tea and a marionberry & blackberry lemonade. I don't normally like red onions but these worked so perfectly with the pizza you didn't notice them. You can even pick the slices up and fold them and they are NOT dripping grease."
