"Ordered pizza from this location on 10/31. I knew they'd be busy so I placed a take out order first thing in the morning to be picked up at 5pm. Got to the store location at 5:15pm and was advised the food was not ready but they'd make it right away. At 5:30pm I checked with the employee again who stated they'd make it right away. At 5:45pm the employee stated they still hadn't started to make the order. Numerous customer came and went while I was waiting for the order. After waiting 50 minutes past the pick up time I had to leave without ever getting the pizza that was already paid for. Dylan provided the worst customer service I've ever experienced. He was rude, and couldn't care less when I asked for a refund. He turned his back while I was speaking to him and started a conversation with someone else. The next day we called and asked them to refund the money as we never received any food. They stated the refund was processed but may take a few days. Over a week later there was still no refund so we called again. The employee stated the refund was never processed but he would process it right away and again may take a few days. It is now 12/8 and we have yet to get a refund. We're out $40, pizza and a quality customer service experience."

"The pizza has the healthiest toppings as well as the most generous amount of toppings of any pizza place in America. Would love to see a seasoned crust."

"The staff at this location are very efficient and polite. I always have a good experience getting pizza here. Look for coupons before coming in they have some great discounts for sure. There is usually a special running in store as well on a specific pizza, those are also good deals. The Chicken Garlic is our family favorite."

"Over all a good location. However do not be fooled by their heart-shaped pizza for 11 dollars. This pizza is no bigger than a medium two topping that you can get for 6.99"
