"I have used this boarding facility only two times and both times there was a lack of communication. They also charged me for a bath that they did not do. After several attempts to get ahold of the manager, she apologized and offered a complimentary bath on our next visit. I gave them another try, but was so disappointed. They stated towards the end of the day (after my call to them) that they didn't think they would be able to give my dog a bath after all because they were busy. No one reached out to me about this. After asking to speak to the manager, they stated that they were getting a staff member to bath him and would let me know when he was finished. They never contacted me. I had to go into the facility myself to see what was going on. They never explained anything or offered any apologies. I am tired of lack of communication and unfortunately will not be returning to The Pet Ranch."
"We took our Pomskie here for grooming and they did amazing!! Every place else just shaved him and they actually groomed him correctly!! Will be back for sure! 100% recommend!!"
"The person that checked me in was very conscious of my dog's instructions and very personable. They called me back wanting additional info on feeding schedule. I felt like there were plenty of employees to care for my dog. I was a little worried after reviewing some recent reviews. My dog is scheduled for 10 days coming up and feel better about him being here."
