"If one follows the instructions given: keep your feet down (as in plant them on the floor!), hold on to the center ring, it's literally a piece of cake. Now, if you try to keep your feet up to avoid getting your shoes wet or you think it's cool to throw your hands up in the air like it's a roller coaster, yes some of these comments might be legitimate. But if you actually do what is told to you to do by the automated Loop that is heard over and over before you get on the ride, as well as being told by hosts before you leave the duck, and if you're not following the rules you're reminded by hosts in Towers throughout the ride... if you do what is being asked of you, you will not get hurt. The boats don't need to be balanced, but they do put smaller riders in Middle seats so that they aren't squished when going down the drop. It's not that difficult to follow rules. And if you do so this ride is amazing!!"

"Eh. The wait time for this ride was a bit long for the experience itself. You can get extremely wet on this one, and it's not a smooth ride. It also seems to have unpredictable hours."

"Mystic River Falls feels almost like a mix of a roller coaster and a water ride combined! I removed a star because firstly, I feel like they need to have better seat restraints. They don't hold you in the best. Also, they end the ride with the giant slide up on top. My kids had a blast on it ,but I didn't feel super safe. It felt like the boat was out of control. Besides that, it was a really fun ride and one thing is for sure. You WILL come off this ride wet!"
