Quality Inn Branson - Hwy 76 Central

"This has to be the worst of the worst hotels I ever stayed in.The walls are paper thin. You can hear every little thing that goes on in other rooms. No security guard, and the front desk closes at 11pm!!! Which may not seem like a big deal, but it is when the keys to your room dont work and you cant get in to your room with the key card because no one is in the front office to help. 3 days and had to get a different key card 2 to 3 times a day. the place is filthy, dirty and disgusting!!. water dont drain in sink or tub. no carpeting on floor. The slats in the floor are pulling up and cut your feet when you walk. Kids at night throwing rocks. one cracked the windshield on my car. and since no security guard all kinds of crap happen in the parking lot at night. its not safe!! Do not come here!!. bugs get in through the huge cracks in the door. not enough towels. And did i mention disgusting? The only plus for this place is the nice people that work the front desk. Not their fault. Go somplace else I cant stress that enough!! Look at the disgusting pictures I took and the rocks that were thrown."

"Spare of the moment trip to Branson and glad we chose to stay here. The location is great and right off the strip. The rooms weren’t too updated, but clean. (would love to of had a microwave) We were able to have a pool view which was very nice! The best part of our entire stay was Kathy, “the breakfast lady”. Kathy is a ray of sunshine and made our stay feel like home. She has a heart of gold and my two kids warmed up to her the moment they caught eyes. Kathy even made homemade cookies and they are TO DIE FOR! (Seriously, MOUTHWATERING!) I honestly felt like I was having breakfast at my grandmas house, she was helpful caring and loving.. you can tell that she truly cares about her job and the people staying there. There is no other word to describe her except, AMAZING! Kathy is the reason why we will be back for our next trip!"

"I booked my room a month in advance. I called up there to see if I could have a room closer to the indoor pool. They told me to come onto booking and request it through the message the facility part. When I did that no one replied back. And I messaged several times. Upon arrival, they told me they had just gave away the last room close to the pool with a king bed. I told them the situation with calling and messaging and no one responding back. Be said I should have called. When I told him I did call he just looked at me funny. He logged into the message part right then and said "oh yes I see your messages." After 30min, they finally gave me a double queen room, they didn't comp the price either. The room was constantly hot and humid, the floor had moisture on it to the point we had to put a towel down. The bathroom had crud in all the corners, the sink was stopped up and barely drained. We had to continually go to the desk to have them make new keys because the ones they kept giving us would stop working. When we went to the pool, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in several weeks. The hot tub was hot, but if you turned on the jets it was like they were trying to gas people with the smell of chlorine. Which the smell of chlorine was constantly in the room. Upon checkout, they said they were going to give me a 30% discount but I would have to call booking to have them give it to me. I was extremely disappointed in this experience and I wouldn't recommend anyone staying there for any reason. I'd sleep in my truck before I'd sleep there again."

"We got there Friday night and a nice lady checked us in, we had 2 rooms 2 adults and a kid.. The pool is decent but no towels there was trash everywhere. My brother room key quit working 3 times and Saturday morning was locked out until after 10 when managers were called by a housekeeper because a group of people were waiting in the lobby NO ONE came to work NO breakfast that we paid for !! We was going to cancel our second night but was told we get discount on that night a free room for Saturday night and he promised there would be breakfast Sunday morning. Never got the discount.."

"Tried to call before arrival and could not get anyone to answer the phone. When we got here they said our room was cancelled because it wasn’t excepting my husbands card we had just used earlier in the day. Fortunately they were able to accommodate us in the very last room they had available for the day. After getting settled in the room we noticed black mold on several spots on the ceiling and walls. There was hair still all over the tub and toothpaste splatters all over the sink. Also the amount of flies was unreal. The only positive thing I have to say about this stay so far was the Breakfast area was very clean and surprisingly one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever experienced. The lady who cooked and served the food was such a sweet heard working lady. She is hands down the best part of this visit."
