"Kyle was awesome! Our power went out during the recent snow storm and we didn't have heat or power for 15 hours our house was down to 50 degrees and we couldn't get our fireplace to work. Kyle answered and unfortunately their soonest appointment wasn't for a couple of days, he spent the next 30min walking us through step by step how to trouble shoot the problem until it was fixed. We no longer need their services because of that, but they gained a lifetime customer! By far the BEST customer service we have ever received!!"
