He has been very thoughtful about medication’s, as well as addressing side effects, and listening to my partners thoughts and suggestions when things don’t seem to be working for them. "Dr. Barash seems to be very med happy. He throws more and more pills at his patients without running any true evaluation to determine diagnosis. The office will dismiss and ban patients for simple reasons. Such as missing an appointment, no second chance. At one particular appointment he wouldn't listen to me. I was in high-school and one of the girls in my friend group had run away and no one had heard from her. I was scared for her. I told him as much and he put me on more meds. He didn't seem to take into consideration that he was dealing with a 17 year old who was going through a difficult situation. He just assumed i needed more meds, when really I needed to just process my fear and didn't have the emotional skills and maturity to process it on my own. It felt like he wanted his patients drugged up so they were easier to make comply. I honestly can't believe he's still in practice."

"Horrible Dr and person. Very condescending, rude and abrupt! Treated me horrible 4 yrs ago during my alcohol addiction and still haven't forgot. Called me a punk and told me to go get drunk because I'm a loser. Exact words.... I will be filing complaints and legal action as well. Now that Im sober and doing better I can actually do something about this guy and keep others from having the same experience. Actually who wants to Class Action Lawsuit this guy with me?!? Let's do it, he deserve it 100 percent!"
