"I have been with Jenkins and James for years now. I had decided to cancel my policy as I received a much lower rate from a separate agency. I am sad to say I will not be returning. Every time I speak with Lauren on the phone, she is very rude, interrupts me, and places blame on me for lack of communication of herself and others. After canceling my policy, a payment was still deducted from my account. I called and spoke with Lauren, just to ensure the account was cancelled and I would be refunded. Lauren shared with me that this “should have been done a week ago” and a policy is not truly cancelled unless you notify 6 days in advance. I was not notified of this and now have to wait 7-10 business days for almost $400 to be returned to my account. I no longer recommend Jenkins and James, and their services."
