"It is definitely a 5 star for the doctors but there is one receptionist that pulls the rating down. She is the most unkind,unpleasant person and non helpful person to have working in the office. She needs a different assignment because PR is not her good qualities.I do not even enjoy calling the office for an appointment."

"If i could give them 0 stars i would! This is the most racist dental office i have EVER been to! Immediately when i walked in I was asked how i found their office, filled out paperwork and waited to be seen. I have two dental insurance coverages (both Delta Dental which I’ve never had so much of a copay for dental services) i was told i order for them to clean my teeth my next visit i would need to pay $300 up front! When i returned for my cleaning i advises them my insurance covers the services (i called and confirmed) and i was told without the $300 upfront i would need to reschedule. The lady at the front desk said she would call me to reschedule but instead i received a letter from the zestiest stating he would no longer service me as a dentist (in which he never even worked on me) i could understand if there was a altercation of some sort but needless to say they just didn’t want to service ME! If you are a person of color please DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! I was highly discriminated against!"
