"I felt awful on a recent visit. Cough, congestion, sinus pain. The doctor on duty took great care of me and I got over a really bad cold pretty quick. The nurses and office staff were very kind and caring. They even helped a young man find another urgent care for an x-ray as theirs was down that day. Excellent customer service!"

"My 22 year old daughter went to Gladstone Urgent Care because she got sick around 2 pm at work today with some nausea and stomach pain and needed to be checked by a doctor for a doctor’s note for her job and to see if she had a stomach bug or the flu and the lady at the front desk said they don’t have any ultrasound machines and could not see her and turned her away. I’ve been an RN for 30 years and I’m wondering what receptionist has triage training to screen patient’s medical needs?!?!?? I’m so angry that a front desk lady would turn away a patient based on what diagnostic machines they have! Talk about bad business. The owner needs to know what they are doing at the front desk. And yes, my daughter has excellent health insurance!"

"I recently went to Gladstone urgent care for a medical issue. I arrived at 7pm. I said hi, the lady at the counter stared at me. I again said hi, how are you. She looked dead in my face and said we’re closed and not taking anymore patients. All while there was a huge lit up open sign, which noted they closed at 8pm. Also, a lady was sitting in the lobby waiting to be seen. If that was the case that’s fine, but staring and not speaking to someone coming in for care is insane. I was the only minority in there so that may have been the real issue! Do Better!"
