"I had done my research before I chose this place because as a plus size bride to be, I wanted to make sure they carried my size. I had found overwhelmingly positive reviews so decided to give them a try. They had a good selection of plus sized dresses and everyone was very friendly, from phone conversations to in store interactions. Leah was my consultant and she was so nice and knowledgeable! She was attentive and never made me feel rushed at all. I was nervous and had some concerns with getting a dress in time to allow time to have alterations done due to my short timeline and she answered any question I had, told me what my best options would be and helped me find something off the rack that I fell in love with! She took away the stress I was having about finding a dress that day and made it the fun experience it was intended to be. I highly recommend Gracie’s Bridal and Leah for any bride to be."

"I had heard great things about this place so I was eager to visit. This was my first ever wedding and dress experience. I was so disappointed. The girl I had, I do not want to call her out by name, was very inappropriate and unprofessional. They were very busy so the girl made me pick out my own dresses, even though I had told her size, preferred styles, and that I was very overwhelmed with the whole experience. She did not help me get into the dresses. My mom had to help. After I picked a few in my size to try on, she went to the other side of the store and started picking out dresses too small even though I told her my size. She then proceeded to tell me (while I was in a dress that was too small for me that she had picked) "yeah well you probably should not get a dress in that material if you don't want all your dimples, your belly, and all your rolls to show." It was degrading, demeaning, and down right pitiful. I left there feeling horrible about myself and after my personal experience, I wouldn't recommend anyone to their place, especially anyone over a size 10. I know people rave about this place, and maybe the gal who helped me was just not the right person for me, but it wasn't a good experience."
