"While shopping for a graduation dress, my friend asked the associate if I could come in the dressing room with her. The girl said and I quote "Normally I would say yes, buuuttt" and made a face, leaving us feeling extremely uncomfortable and judged. She also kept following me around and watching me specifically (the store was busy) as I went to go look at other dresses for my friend. Besides the rude staff, many of the dresses were actively falling apart, pilling or straight up tattered. I NEVER leave reviews, but this whole experience was so uncomfortable I feel like it should be called out."

"The girl running the dressing room that is covered in tattoos was cussing because some girls had left some dresses in a room. She was very disrespectful and rude! Won’t be back!"

"First time at a Windsor store, and got some absolutely amazing assistance from store manager Sophia. She truly went above and beyond in giving me styling and shopping help, and took some time to make sure I found the exact right items I was looking for. I'd highly recommend coming into this store for anything that you need and make sure to ask for Sophia's help if you can, she's truly fantastic. Thanks again!"

"Went in today with a mission of finding a dress. I was greeted right when I got it and was asked if what I was looking for. The girl was nice, smiled and just left me. As I was shopping, Sam came up and asked what I was looking for. I told him what I was looking for and he told me he would show me what they had! He showed me around to several different dresses and was so positive and happy. Was a wonderful customer service transaction. 10 outta 10 for Sam!"

"I was helping my friend look for a dress for her 21st birthday. Garrett was an employee there and helped us tremendously. He was helpful, kind, and always brought dresses in her size/style. She ended up picking one of his suggestions! It was of the best customer experiences I have had in a long time."
