"My wife and daughter both love this place. It feels very welcoming when you walk in, and inside the girls who work at many of the Catos facilities are very friendly and will talk up a storm about clothes and what would look nicest for each person and what they are looking for. Though Catos can be a bit pricey, they have amazing quality clothing and accessories. My daughter has mentioned many times that when she has gone there, she finds it easy to pick out random clothes from different areas of the store and make an entire outfit out of everything they offer. I suppose the only complaint my daughter has at least had, is the fact that some of the tops are so very thin that you can look through the shirt and she has to, more than once, double layer with the shirts she gets from Catos. But she has said that it does not dampen her experience with the store."

I asked an associate if I could see an item off the hanger and she rolled her eyes at me and asked, "why so you can see it?" Everytime I shop at Cato I get the worst service.
