"The absolute worst management I have ever dealt with. Bias , discriminatory, bullying, prejudice have unfortunately taken presidence over professionalism. Terribly sad and morally pathetic on the managements work."

"The community is great, but the management is horrible! Unfortunately, the person in charge of the property seems to exercise her authority exercising total favoritism. She gossips about tenants to their neighbors & shares personal & private matters which is unprofessional & immature."

"Management(specifically amanda) very much picks favorites clearly favoring those who she is friends with and as the manager lives in the park she targets those who her or her friends dislikes very rude and exercises her authority to who when and where she choses as there is no one holding her accountable piss poor would not recommend living here management is just overall rude and horrible to their residents"

"It's such a shame,When I applied for residency back in July. Tried to visit the office on 4 different attempts as I needed to be out my apartment in October. Office was always closed, set up to see in person on 4th attempt, showed up no one was in office. Sat around in parking lot for 30-45 minutes. Finally someone went in the office while waiting. Come to find out it was the regional manager he couldn't really help as he was from out of town and just filling in because the office person had quit. The other office manager was on vacation. He gave me his card and told me to email my application so I did. I tried to follow up a couple weeks after since I heard nothing and stopped in on a Saturday morning. Finally there was someone in the office the gentleman said he just got back from vacation. He gave us some properties to look at. There was one that really stuck to me so I told him which one I liked. He said there was one person ahead that just had paperwork that needed to be gone through and if everything was okay would be off the market. However I was told if it falls through they call the next person. Well here it is March 2023 and it still sits sale pending and never got a phone call Again we went in July to request this trailer. The overall experience was horrible, I'm actually glad I didn't get a call because now I'm in a community who actually cares about their residents."
