"We have lived here for a year and I would of one time giving them a great review, but now after dealing with a broke washing machine for the past 6 months and them saying they would come out to fix it and they never came out. Then Mary, lied to my husband and told him they would come out today or yesterday to fix it and then told him today they where not coming out, but then offer to give us money to wash clothes. I just wish she would have told us that in the beginning and was honest with us all long and we could of figure something else out."

"My wife and I have lived here for 5 years and are still tenants. The owner and maintenance team have always been quick and responsive anytime there has been an issue. The neighborhood is good and safe, and a nice little spot being 15 mins or less from Liberty, downtown, and Zona. I would recommend Clayton Apartmens to anyone!"

"Moved in with the promise of things being fixed been here 6 months nothing has been fixed. There is a hole in the bedroom with a pipe from the outside leading into the house the washer and dryer don't run right the dishwasher isn't secured air conditioning leaks water so bad carpet is sopping wet. Neighbors are noisy as hell all day everyday. The kids are unruly and disrespectful."

The maintenance guys would always stay in touch with you and let you know when they were coming to fix an issue.
