"The lease process at the office went very smooth with the help of Lucinda. On our move in day, we were greeted by Brandon who welcomed us. Very clean and more room (square footage) than expected."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. The construction of these apartments are poor and the management are terrible to work with. They will find any way to nickel and dime you. I lived there for almost 3 years and was the first tenant in my unit after they were built. I’ve never owned a pet and got charged a carpet cleaning fee because a “reputable” carpet cleaning company said they found pet urine on the carpet. COMPLETELY FALSE. They were unwilling to work with me to resolve this and sent me to collections. I would never recommend this apartment to anyone and have nothing great to say. Do not live here."

"Terrible place to live I wouldn’t recommend. The outside might look nice extravagant and fancy but it’s all an illusion. The management, maintenance and leasing agreement you sign is all rigged. So if you do decide to stay here, may god bless your soul. Check your air filter if you do plan to stay in this complex. They didn’t change the air filter once we moved in. It took us a month after breathing in dust to realize this. When we asked to change it they brought the filter to the door. They just handed us the filter and said here you go expecting us to fix it. Later in the months we put in a request to change the filter again, they still haven’t given us a new filter. If your plates are about to expire they have the authority to tow them. If your car is on jacks because you’re fixing it they will tow. We thought they don’t have the authority to do that. But because it’s on the leasing agreement, they’re allowed to do whatever they want. High package theft! Sure they speak on secure Parcel packaging but if the 15 Parcel storage units are full they will just throw the packages on the ground by the mail. Hot tub has been closed for all of summer 2022 and 2023. They speak highly about them adding equipment to their dog park but haven’t changed since it opened in 2018. The dog wash doesn’t even work either hasn’t been working since we moved in. All in all good luck staying in this complex we 100% regret our decision. Lowkey there is a new complex across the bridge behind Best Buy which are cheaper and nicer."

"Over priced, poorly made units, corrupt management & made up move out charges to try and get additional money from tenants. On average, you can expect to pay around $200/mo for water in a 2 bedroom apartment because tenants also pay for the sprinklers and pool. Stay away."
