"What stood out to me the most was how the staff remembered me. I had a unit from May 2021 to February 2022 when my parents moved and I was still two hours away at college. Come August 2023 I needed another unit. Over a year since I last had a unit at this location and the staff remembered me by name. They even remembered my situation and how I first moved out when I got a new house in 2022. I felt really welcomed by the staff and am grateful for their service."

"I had a pleasant experience at the Blue Springs location. I was greeted at the door by Aaron, and he was amazing. I had a reservation so most of my info was already in the system. Aaron explained the layout of the facility, and also walked me to my unit. He answered any questions I had, and explained everything very thoroughly. The facility is very clean and well kept. I highly recommend!"
