"After being a customer for many years, I decided to change companies since their price was beginning to become consistently higher than their competitors. I requested that they come pick up their tank and let them know I'd return as a customer if the change didn't work out. Having 20% left in our 325 gallon tank which we bought at $1.60, I expected to receive a check for $104.00. I received my check today for $9.00 after i was charged $60.00 for them to pickup their own tank and they calculated the remaining propane at the current price of $1.15. I'm glad it wasn't close to full! No telling what the charge would have been. It sure isn't the same as when the William's family owned it!"
