"The restaurant property was clean and welcoming. Staff were friendly and seemed to seemed to enjoy their jobs. It seems that the chicken tender product has changed and is not as tasty. The tater tots are always fabulous."
"The crew who work here aren’t the problem. The problem is the higher up’s. Several employees that I know personally have been forced to work ill and the operating partner doesn’t care. Vomiting? Oh, it will add a bit of spice to the food. Fever? Take a seat for a bit and you’ll cool off."
"My hamburger was cold, they were out of onion rings so they substituted with barely warm fries. They didn't even give me back the difference in price. It was the worst experience I've ever had"
"So my mom just ordered. She places her order, which was put in incorrect and the waitress *argues* with her on the price of things and how the waitress put it in wrong! Two plain cheeseburgers, one with ketchup (which was not added to the order, thank you), should not cost $36. Then, she makes sure to put it in wrong so she knows it will cost more, even though it's the same thing. Then, when I try to call the manager to get things sorted out, the manager doesn't answer the phone and the location itself isn't receiving calls. There's no excuse for this attitude or not listening to your customers."
