"Placed an order at the kiosk. Selected pay with cash. Kiosk instruction was to go to the counter to pay. We were AT THE COUNTER KIOSK. Waited 10 minutes. Employees looked at us. Did not help. One employee sitting in the corner doing nothing. As we go to leave, he then finally decides to get up and ask if we needed help. Worst experience at a Taco Bell EVER."

"How often do people rate a taco bell other than to complain. But Nov 1st lunch time. Tall slim gentleman working up front. Pretty good guy. I hardly have a good 3 minute conversation with anyone at fast food places but man, I didn't get him name but I feel like I received good service in general for any type of restaurant. Food is taco Bell food. Good enough not to starve but service A+."
"Ordered a party pack of tacos made them supreme for an extra $18.99 (that is way overpriced for some tomato and sour cream btw) and they barely even put tomatoes on there. If people r paying that much for it put it on there employee on duty was super nice great customer service tho."
