"Very rude ordered 4 m doubles and 10 chicken nuggets they was having a hard time hearing me. And when I spoke up some idiot screamed at me and said don't talk to her employees like that. All I did was spoke up. Very rude"

"This is the second time we order delivery here in Aurora and the first time they gave me a cold coffee when I asked for a hot it’s freezing out here. This time they missed 2 hash browns a burrito and again my coffee. It’s everything alright over there? Are guys I doing drugs or party because definitely you guys are doing something but not your job . What a mess of store"

"Was so raw it could have mooed at me. And was mushy still. Service lady apologized and was super nice But said I had to return After we left to get a refund. Stuff like this should never happen."

"It took them over 20 minutes to make a 6 piece nugget with a large fry. Flies are everywhere and instead of working, the employees are carrying conversation which would be fine if they weren’t already backed up. The line was wrapped around the entire building, inside all the tables were filthy, their kiosks were barely working, and three of the tv menus were disconnected. The gas station McDonalds outside of Saint Louis are output together better than this!"

"I placed an order online. At 10:40pm I drove up to tell them my code where you place your order. No one there. The line was all the way backed up to me. After waiting a bit I asked hello? Finally someone answers. The line still isnt moving. Super super slow. I reliezed they were purposely keeping the line full so no more orders could be made. Usually they have you pull to spot 1-4 to wait to keep the line moving. Not one person was asked to go to one of those spots. They shut down all the lights about 6 min before close. I ended up waiting in line for 20 minutes. Fries were cold and I ordered a large, I expect to get a large. Not a medium size in a large container. I obviously couldn't complain because they had already shut the place down before I even got to the window and before 11pm, when they close. Slackers!"
