"This place is terrible. Charged my wife for two full 30lb refills when one of the tanks was at least half full. Also had to remind them to open the pressure valve on the tank. Made us pay for propane we didn’t even get and don’t know how to do their job. Don’t go here"

"This company is terrible. Purchased a gas stove and needed it to be converted. We have been waiting since December 6th for them to come out. Do not sign contract with this company. No one has control of scheduling."

"They are billing me for $297 of services never provided, they can not tell me when the charges were incurred.They told me for 8 months it was a "credit balance". I requested a refund check--they never sent it. They are crooks! Do not do busses with them. Warsaw, mo office has not been staffed sine the winter of 2020. "I tried for months to get in touch with pinnacle in Warsaw. No answer. No mail box. Called several local Pinnacle office with the same response. I called their Headquarters in Texas. Got no help. I finally reached someone in Arkansas and spoke with a live person. She sent a contract to sign and said she would send a truck to top off my tank. Four weeks later no truck! I decided to switch providers. I called zollicker and they were not taking new customers. I called Ferrell gas in Cole Camp they were so friendly and helpful. They came and set a tank and transfered my residual gas to the new tank at no charge. They sent a very friendly installer. He said they had gotten many new customers from Pinnacle. The day before the Ferrell tank was installed a service truck from Pinnacle arrived to fill the old pinnacle tank. I stopped him and told him I was angry with my treatment from Pinnacle and was transferring my service to Ferrell gas. He verbally exploded on me and said " Go have a heart attack you old man". He got in his truck and gave me the finger as he was starting the truck. I asked him if he would like me to report that to his supervisor. He said "go ahead". I know this sounds totally absurd but it is very true. I will never go back to pinnacle!"

"I get a call from someone telling me they are doing updates to my leased propane tank, and that they where at my house to replace the current cement blocks under existing tank and they needed my spare key (that most people hide as a back up) to get inside to check connections. When I told him that was not going to happen, he was very put out and rude. Next time I was there and checked the new blocks, they had just thrown the old brick down the hill to rest against my neighbors fence. When I called to get an explanation, I was told they would check into it and call me back. Three weeks later - STILL WAITING Called Ferrell Gas and they are my new propane suppliers.(P.S. their annual tank rental is only $12 vs. Pinnacle $49)"
