"I decided it was time to buy a new truck and made a list of all my "needs". Wanted a local dealership as it typically means better service and connections with questions on the purchased vehicle. Boy, was I impressed with Maples Ford! I met with Jeremy Silvey. He was focused and easy to talk to. He showed me an F-150 XLT that I can't say enough good things about. It had way more features than I was looking for...all that would benefit my concerns for safety and towing. I was able to secure a deal and trade both an old truck and car in less than a day. Am so happy with all the features of my new truck and for Jeremy's excellent knowledge and salesmanship. Chris Baker was also a true gem in helping me get additional items ordered for the truck and for dealing with all the finance and insurance issues. So thankful for the connection with them both. "Can't say enough about Jeremy and Maples Ford. Being that I am 2+ hours away Jeremy went above and beyond sending me information and pictures before my purchase. He always responded to my messages and calls promptly making sure my questions were answered. It sure is nice dealing with "car guys" on a one of a kind purchase. "So I thought I'd give a small town dealership a try! Ordered a Maverick 14 months ago. ( not there fault) was treated like royalty, had to put $500 down. This was the fourth new ford I would have bought in a year! My credit took a dive ( not there fault) so I was unable to purchase the Maverick. Jeremy treated me like a p.o.s. Chris was cool. I asked if they could refund my $500 back because they would make 5 grand min. Because of my bad luck and they could not give me my money back. So they sold it the following day. I will never go back to this place."
