"Went to take a part back argued with me about being from the store even though I had a receipt. It wasn't in the box because the part was sold to me outside the box. They took my core and put it back in the box the new part came out of. I will not be going back and I will tell everybody I know to not shop there either. Jeff the assistant manager told me they couldn't take it back because it had been bolted up. That wasn't the case the hole on the motor were off just enough to not allow the bolts to go into the motor. If I could give a negative star rating I would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND you purchase parts from this store. The person who sold me the part name Sterling acted like he couldn't remember selling me the part his name was on the receipt. Very horrible customer service. My rating would be -100 stars."

"Every time I walk in the front door I'm amazed at Warsaws NAPA store and all the Lake Toys it sells and boat parts. So nice being close to Truman Lake and boat ramps when I need parts or even rent a towable for the day!"

"Great Service. I was stranded at the Ozarks Memorial Day with my truck, They closed at 2pm for the holiday. I took my truck to B&M Tire and Vicky opened the shop to get them the part so we could make it home. This was around 8pm on Memorial Day...This is unheard of at any other parts store. Thanks again for your help A+ Service!!!!!!!!!!!!"
