"Didnt offer refills on a 2.49 drink, over priced personal pizza and when you order the waitress doesnt tell you its not apart of the deal you mentioned. Paid 25+ for 2 personal pizzas that were 6 inches and a order of breadsticks and drink…Absurd."
"We called in our order, they said they couldn't remember if we wanted no mushrooms or extra mushrooms so instead of calling they made the wrong pizza we had to wait for a new pizza to be made with wrong ingredients again. They were not busy with only 2 customers. No apologies no discounts just charged for a specialty pizza we did not get."
"The last three orders I have placed with Pizza Hut, I have been over-charged, and two orders prepared incorrect. I telephoned them tonight,, to calmly discuss the problem, only to be placed on hold for 15 minutes, in which I finally hung up and called back. When I called back, I was hung up on three times. Problem still unresolved. The mix up on order is one thing, but doubling your order for more than you ordered in another thing, when money is tight for people. At this point all I can say is this. There are other Pizza options in Warsaw, and better, in which from now on, our business will be taken else where. No longer a Pizza Hut customer.."
"We had two bad experiences at this location with the pizza not made correctly(which is weird because ithis location was better than most) I spoke with the GM and after she offered a credit, requested that we try again. We tried the following week, and it was the same result. All we wanted was extra sauce, nothing unreasonable. The second and third time, they forgot to put any sauce on the pizza. We will be crossing the Warsaw Pizza Hut off the list."
