"This is a lovely new location but they reuse the teabags all day instead of making tea fresh whenever they run out. Don’t bother stopping at the end of a late night work shift for that cup of tea to get you home safely: it’s barely more than water by midafternoon so you can imagine the taste by after 10 pm every night! The sweetened version is even worse-it tastes nasty as the ‘starter’ has begun to ferment! BRING YOUR OWN TEA to Taco Bell! Next issue: The app, after a year of good service, regular updates, successful ordering, suddenly began canceling our order if we order on the app, and the cancellation also used my rewards points food reward so reduced my rewards. I’m at this location about 5 days a week for one or more hours. The cards are not the issue, though once I got the error message that there was a hold on my card, …but we each called the bank, and neither card, neither account had any holds. The charges were coming through then in a few minutes redeposited. Both cards, both accounts, multiple attempts to order on each card every day . That first day we finally went to another restaurant to eat."

"I had come through shortly before close requesting some really off the wall special stuff on my order, and one employee named Alex really came through, like holy hell. A real champ, food was delicious, hot and fresh despite being so close to close. And friendly the entire time, even though I'm generally really rude and obnoxious."
