"Jason & Tracy were super! They were efficient & easy to work with."
"These guys started out prickly, with Jason telling me they wouldn’t do any packing & wouldn’t take credit cards, then told me they would accept a credit card but would have to charge a 5% fee. He told me they’d meet me at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, then called at 7:45 to say they were there waiting. While they did move the things I asked without complaint and even helped move things out of the way at my new location, they had also gone all around the old house & taken pictures of how filthy the place was. Then they damaged my furniture & posted the pictures on their website, as if to say that justified their damages. My house had been plundered by the man who was supposed to clean it up prior to my selling it, but instead the man had taken nearly everything of value & left the place a filthy mess. But the state of the house in no way justified Jam movers damaging my furniture. When I pointed out the damaged items to Jason, he immediately flew into a rage & insisted the furniture had been that way to begin with & that he had pictures to prove it. Then he flashed his phone at me & told me to “Keep your damn money!” and drove away with his partner. Despite the fact that he earlier asked if he could have a garden seat and I gave it to him! I definitely do not recommend them."
"They are the first movers I have ever used that loaded and uploaded quickly and did not try taking longer just to charge you more. Very nice and professional!!!! Will refer to others and will use again!!"
