"We're currently handling a substantial quantity of shipments via Super Dispatch, ranging anywhere from 700 to over 1000 units per month on the shipper's side, rather than the driver's. We're quite satisfied with the platform, which we believe to be significantly more advanced than Central Dispatch—by a long shot. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. One of these areas is their insurance verification process. While it appears comprehensive on the surface, it tends to create a false sense of security. In our experience, the reality is that when problems crop up—like damaged or totaled units—and the transporter doesn't have adequate or current insurance, we're the ones left footing the bill. The platform's "verification" doesn't offer any real guarantees. In my view, if they're going to display a big green checkmark on a transporter's profile as a verification stamp, I'd expect that verification to hold true at the time I'm booking the load. If an insurance issue arises and we're left covering losses, the response we've received is essentially, "The insurance was valid at the time of verification." What we need is for it to be valid at the time of booking—that's what would make it valuable to us. If you're prioritizing cost savings, Super Dispatch is a solid platform. But if you're after ease-of-use and a platform that takes care of everything—including carrier contact and possessing a fallback policy that directly manages any damages so you or your insurer don't have to step in—then you might want to check out RunBuggy. Their services are a bit pricier, but they take care of all the heavy lifting once you post the vehicles. At the end of the day, we plan to continue using Super Dispatch, but with a healthy dose of skepticism towards their insurance verification promises."

"I LOVE this app, is great and you make everything look so much easy then others platform. I have a suggestion that will help me and also other drivers/dispatchers. Example: if I have 3 cars that I picked and another 2-3 to pick up, and the first 3 I need to delivery in south but not in the same location I would like to see the pick up and delivery in the same map, that will help a lot , if you think I will not understand nothing and would make me confuse, you just can put blue for picked cars that need to be delivered and for the ones who are not picked you can put red box, I have a photo to make more sense and easy, but I can’t put that here."
