"Contractors beware. Multi-South Management who manages this apartment complex does not pay their contractors for work. My small business has done work for them that was quoted and approved and has still yet to receive a payment. We are closing in on 120 days past due. Communication is horrible. I am unable to get anyone other than the property manager on the phone. We have been promised payment multiple times but still have not received anything."
