THEY GIVE DISCOUNTS OR FAVORS FOR POSITIVE REVIEWS Neighbors outside after midnight almost every night flighting and SHOOTING. Don’t worry the police will not come. It’s FILTHY and they do NOTHING about the illegal dumping. Your car will get broken into or you can’t find a place to park because the amount of trash and glass has consumed the parking lots. The laundry rooms are used for gang activity , trash , flooded or simply don’t work. ONE NEIGHBOR WAS S*XUALLY ASSAULTED by a homeless person in her building because doors are not secured so anybody can be in your building at anytime. BUGS , ROACHES and GNATS are ridiculous in every unit. They do charge for bug control but apartment is NEVER sprayed and they won’t help you outside of that even when they acknowledge an infestation. RENT. Please know you will pay $200+ in EXTRA FEES. You will be charged a ridiculous amount for THIER insurance (doesn’t cover anything of yours being damaged), trash (you’re paying for others to illegal dump), water/sewage (this is whatever they want to charge you and changes monthly) , internet ($70 and you can’t decline it however you can get the same internet for $40 on your own) and whatever else they feel like putting on there! The office staff is a JOKE if they even answer the phone. Sophie not really sure what she does because she doesn’t help you with anything just passes you to another idiot. Nichole FAT LAZY STANKY can’t even walk unit to unit & has a nasty attitude. Josh don’t have a clue or scared to get his staff in order and he lies to get you out the office with no follow up. Maintenance is a joke! One of them used shower caulk to fill nail holes prob couldn’t tell which was which because he was so high! Your maintenance request will be added as completed on the app but they haven’t come to fix anything. Trust me you CAN find another place! Here are many apartments around although they may seem more remember you will have dees that will make your rent as much as the nicer apartments around."

"DONT MOVE HERE !!! , i know it would seem appealing if you needed something quick and easy , they will move you into those apartments without letting you know the laundry room isn’t available and when it is there are tons of roaches in the washer and dryers , the pool doesn’t work. its never opened. there is trash everywhere! people dumb trash everywhere. Brad is so rude and unprofessional. They will literally overcharge you for damages when you move out and never give you back your deposit. Also maintenance will come into your apartment even when you say you aren’t ready for them to come inside ( not properly dressed) . We have “ mandatory” walk throughs and if you don’t open the door they will bang on your door like the FBI and yell and curse for you to open the door and they will unlock and let themselves in. And again there is a roach infestation i seen at least 10 roaches my first night here. You will be charged for fees that come out of nowhere and you’ll end up paying over $1000 for a roach infested apartment. Just the other day I walked up my stairs to my apartment and there was dog poop all over the stairs smeared. it’s constantly dirty everywhere and there is shootings and cops here everyday ! DO NOT MOVE HERE ! Josh you are amazing and you need to work for a better company . You’re the only thing good about this place ."

"I have been living here now for 3 months and have had maintenance issues from the first day I walked in the door. I have never experienced so much un- professionalism with a maintenance team in my life. This apartment complex wants you to make three times the rent to live here but by the atmosphere it is obvious that there are housing vouchers being used here. This is definitely a place that supports government housing and they were very dishonest about that. I am putting in maintenance request almost daily and when they are completed it's almost like they are putting a small bandage on it until the problem shows up again. I do not suggest anyone move here and I am working to leave as soon as my lease is up!"

"DO NOT move here !! Clogged drains , shooting , lots of traffic in apartments , trash overflowing outside , people dump their furniture outside etc , roaches !!! Everywhere! Seen some the first day I moved in, they don’t care & will not let you know they have a roach infestation. They will add extra charges not listed on your lease to your monthly expenses. Do not move here !here are the “amenities “ they claim to have. This place is infested with roaches & they will add on extra charges to your rent. I’m paying $1000 for a one bedroom one bathroom apartment with clogged drains and a broken dishwasher. The laundry room has mold and water and there are roaches crawling around in the laundry facility"
