"Just got in from driving 13 hours from Texas to Missouri stop at this hotel on Feb 22nd/23rd 2024. My husband was laying on top of the covers I went to pull back the covers and saw a spider. We was there maybe a good to hours booked it thru Expedia and the hotel tells me to call them if I wanted a refund but Expedia but they told Expedia we stayed there for 5 hours. I told Expedia to check the conversations that I had with the first agent and it will show 2 hours at the most because I immediately called them once I got to a friend's house. Now they both are saying I will not get a refund. But can give me a free night stay. Who in there right mind would stay a second time after seeing a spider in the bed. Spiders webs was on the walls got pictures of that. It was two TV's in the room only one barely worked. I WOULDN'T recommend this place to the DEVIL HIMSELF"

"very much nasty i had to buy my own clearing supplies and stuff n deep clean myself the comforters had burnt holes in them i seen roaches inside my room as well that’s y i deep cleaned but this all i can afford but for the neighborhood it’s in would this it is nice n i also seen my neighbors room wen they open the door they was really nasty and had a dog"

"My room was terrible tv didn’t work and phone did not have any buttons expect the number buttons. The covers were full of burn holes. To top it off my shower was dirty and no one was available to clean it or the front desk could not supply me with cleaning supplies so I had to figure it out. After I took a shower the floor all the way to the door was a mini pool. When asked to moved to a different room the receptionist at front desk told me that wasn’t possible.He said I had wait til the manager came in the morning but come to find out the manager did not work that day either."

"Throw the whole hotel away. Beds not changed hair present. Bathroom not cleaned not even sink. Tub had soap packet residue stuck to the wall inside. Toilet rusty inside and not cleaned. Tv broken/ dark and spotted. Nightstand barely standing would have collapse if it wasn't so close to the bed which had a full mattress on Queen frame. Very uncomfortable just sitting in the bed. No coat rack or table. 3 drawers for a two bed room?! Smh. Never again. Management very rude and irritated when issues brought to his attention. Asked us to leave and was gonna try to keep our money for the next day. Florissant PD shut that down. They had to reverse the charge. Do not recommend!!!!!"
