"Been living here for 2 years with no complaints until recently having my rude inconsiderate upstairs neighbors moved in. They’re loud day and night stomping around walking so heavily playing music all hours of the night letting their child jumping around run back n forth cry/yell all hours of the night the parents wakes up crack of dawn arguing I’ve sent video recordings of everything that goes on an was told they’ll get a violation/warning or something which I’ve doubt has even happened because it’s only gotten worse like they’re set quiet hours me and my child no long sleep in our rooms because of the loudness but now it’s all throughout my apartment my place of peace has become a damn arena I shouldn’t hate to come home because of neighbors was told I couldn’t call the police for noise complaints/peace disturbance I won’t be renewing my lease. The maintenance do half jobs n* rig things takes all days/weeks to fill maintenance request. They put notices on your front door trying to embarrass you like a call or email will hurt to do so, oh and my car got stolen from off their lot. Need to invest in cameras!"

"My family an I moved in three months ago, from the very start we've been having plumbing issues, started with the toilet in the master bath, all the way till now with the sink and dishwasher. I was told on Fri I would need to wait till Monday because maintenance is off on weekends, when clearly it’s an emergency, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Also they really raise your rent every month it’s never a consistent amount ,in reference to the amount that was given in the Contract agreement.On top of that the team all around does not care they will be quick to respond or send your account to eviction status if your late on the rent, but they are never just as expeditious when it comes to fixing items in your home, the previous photos of my dishwasher, the conditions have worsened, the water is jet black, every sink on each floor is stopped up with water, not to mention the ventilation on tri level or even two level townhomes do not work, the bottom floor heats up or get cold depending on what the thermostat is set for during the season, but the rest of the rooms in the townhouses will succumb to the temperature that is outside, if it’s hot outside it will be extremely hot on those floors, same a the cold climate. Once Again I recommend NO One and I do mean NO ONE should ever rent from this complex if you do your doing it at your own risk, totally slumlords and scum when it comes to business and their tenants, the updated picture are pictures with every single sink outside of one side of the two sided sink in kitchen is backed up with water. I could write a book on how bad this complex is, the best thing to do is NEVER RENT from them you will save yourself a headache again approach at your own caution. Update as of 02/1/24, another issue has arrived, on Jan 25 I reported to the main office about an broken window, it’s been a week almost and no one has came out to fix board the window up while I wait for the new window, to make matters worse I followed up on 1/31/24 with office someone in office assured me someone will be out to board the window no one has came yet, this is an emergency situation which is being handled as a non concern, to make matters worst I spoke with the property manager about the maintenance order I put in now the maintenance person did show up previous morning but couldn’t work because of my work from home job asked for maintenance to come back next day, now to fast forward to conversation with the property management, I was told by her, that it does not matter if it’s a fire or emergency, maintenance does not double back on work order tickets, so she canceled the order and told me to put another order number in. SO PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT RENT HERE THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT OCCUPANTS as you can see through all the reviews this place is Piss Poor Trash."

"Moving here was so unorganized and unprofessional. Getting told stuff at the last minute that I need to fix before moving in. I’ve only been here for 7 days and someone already took my package that had been delivered. I can’t wait until my lease is up already! UPDATE!! Washer and dryers in the basement don’t work they was filled with old dirty water and the dryer just seemed broke so you’ll have to got to the laundromat!"

"When I first visited/moved to this complex 3 years ago, the office and maintenance was on top of everything. You needed something done, it was getting done in a timely manner and I appreciated them for it. Since 2023 started, it seems you cannot get in contact with the office or maintenance for anything. Phone calls aren’t returned anymore, we don’t have access to the amenities we’re paying for (fitness area, pool, common area, etc), heck we don’t even have a working washer or dryer in the building. The leadership and service they provide has fallen completely off. If you’re looking for a first apartment or just need a place to stay for a year, it’s a good starter spot. But I wouldn’t consider living in the complex for more than 2 years. There are better areas with better management out there."

"Where do I even start, I pay 1648.00 (including water/trash) a month for a 3 bedroom townhouse, my apartment view (directly in front of the lake) is what sold me (DON’T FALL FOR IT!), I had nothing but issues from about a month after I moved in. My son car was broken into, my truck (Hyundai Santa Fe) was broken into they got caught trying to take it, then had the nerves to come back, and then they stole it (still not recovered). The office seems to not care at all as there is still no security, they could even close the gates and give the residents a code (SOMETHING to stop the break in’s). Every time it rains hard my apartment flood’s (which I cleaned my own basement up) there was some dead animals (not sure what) in the walls that smelled for MONTHS!!! My mother passed and her car was towed here (her plate's were out) and I advised the office of my situation, they had NO EMPATHY at all as I had lost my only sibling as well (they passed a month and a half of each other) they told me I could not keep her car here because of her expired plate’s. I haven’t even touched everything I been through here, me personally would NEVER live here again!!! The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!"
