"The most RAGGEDY apts I have lived in. (and I lived in Jennings for 4 years)... Vehicles broken into/ damage. Mold behind walls; under cabinets, in dishwasher; smelling other units food, smoke & animals; hearing animals through the vents early in the am. The constant beeping of School Buses on the nearby lot. Loitering on the lot. A 'marked' vehicle that indicates which lot of vehicles to break into. Trash everywhere. The 1 star is that I signed a short lease & even though a 2bd/2bth is $1237/month, I was able to save to purchase a home in another state!"

"One of the worst apartments to ever live in ! Disgusting property horrible upkeep! Pam the property manager has a horrible appetite including a nasty attitude never willing to help or even speak with you . Always shooting and arguments going on neighborhood went completely down ! 0 out of 10 !"

"As of today, 8/27/2023 the condition of my unit has been deteriorating for over 3 months. I am paying over $1400 a month for a moldy stinky unit. I have sent multiple messages to management and maintenance still haven't got any updates. I have been told over 5 times that someone will be out to fix the damages, and no one has shown up. I was told I would have to come into the office and sit down to get any resolution. One night my light was sparking from a leak up above and it took weeks for anyone to come and when they did, all they did was change the light bulb. my light was smoking and could have caused an electrical fire. one day I came home, and the bathroom door frame was leaking. It had the entire bathroom entrance flooded with water. My "new" dishwasher has mold in it. my entire unit reeks of mold. Gnats are crazy I hate eating at home. My doors no longer shut because of all the water damage. I left a voicemail on the corporate office no call back or anything. it is so sad because I work hard for my money and to have to come home to this is a disgrace!"

"It wasn't a bad spot, however maintenance was not up to speed. Work orders were never a priority. My heating never worked correctly which cause some cold nights. Staff was always very friendly if not the most effective."
