"I have lived at the Notre Dame apartments for over a year now and I have 0 complaints. I would never rent with anyone else than Terra Management in KC. Their response time in anything I’ve needed is prompt & professional. This apartment complex is stunning…where else are you going to find custom cabinets, real brick, and maintenance response time in under a day sometimes under an hour! I feel that with Terra I’m not just a number they actually care about their tenants and upkeep the property and units so well. The Notre Dame has a neighborhood feel but is still centrally located. It’s really a gem & a relief I never have to worry about my living situation!"

"I lived at these apartments for 2 years and had an absolutely terrible experience. The way terra management handles business is very unprofessional. The staff at the office are extremely rude. Threaten you with lawyers left and right and acted very predatory. I had personal property thrown away for no reason, received constant petty complaints, and didn’t get my deposit back even though I spent 3 days cleaning. All this for being a good tenant for 2 years."

"I just moved into this complex and have had an outstanding experience thus far. Alita did a great job as the leasing agent --she was very responsive and gave me all the information I needed for a smooth, easy move in. She even stored some of the previous tenant's furniture that I had purchased for the two weeks between move out and move it. The owner, Dan and his staff maintain the buildings and grounds impeccably. This morning, I had a service request for my sliding door that was handled within hours by a friendly gentleman (sorry I, promptly returning don't remember his name). My unit is one of the older (unrenovated) ones that has carpeting rather than hardwoods but it is clean, sunny and welcoming with spacious rooms and a great patio. I have met over a dozen people who live here thus far and they have been friendly and helpful. Many of them have lived here a long time (6 to 24 years) and have nothing but good things to say about it. I had a hard time finding a quality apartment that did not have loads of unwanted and expensive luxury items (from high end appliances to onsite pet spas). I am so grateful to have found this place to make home."
