"Where should I start? Living here in the Netherland has been nothing but a great experience. Tanner (manager) has always been helpful and quick with helping out with my needs when needed assistance. Maintenance is always quick at responding to work orders and always keeps the building & unit maintenance-free! Neighbors are always quiet. The hallways and lobby are Clean/good smelling and well kept. These things are highly important to me, the gym is always clean and conveniently located in the building, the doggie bath center is always clean, and easy-to-use, units are spacious with big bathrooms and lots of natural light! Conveniently located within a 10min drive to the country club plaza, crown center, union station & Westport! If your looking for a new luxury apartment to rent, The Netherland is the place."

"As a resident for the past year, I have loved living here. The units themselves are great but that is not all. The building is always clean, I feel safe, and work orders get completed almost instantaneously. Management, specifically Tanner, has been responsive and attentive to my needs. He is always willing to help me and ensures that the property is well kept. If you are looking for something in midtown, this is the place you should be."

"I genuinely love the location of the building, it’s such a beautiful spot and it’s got a rooftop view of midtown to the plaza. It’s extremely convenient for most downtown work jobs, because it’s like 10 minutes away! Tanner is extremely busy, but he’s always making sure that everything is taken care of. I’ve loved my experience here and I plan to resign!"

"I lived at the Netherland from 1/22-1/23 and everything of this place yells bad management. All utilities are included but that means you have ZERO control over your heating/cooling. They’ll tell you that you can adjust the temperature but not the cool/heat setting. The temperature will always go back to 72 no matter how cold or hot it is outside. I had three different packages stolen from their “secured” mail room and the building manager constantly avoided my calls. I would have to make time on my day off to catch him at his office to get anything resolved. The location is great but it’s definitely not the safest. The building itself is safe if you don’t mind the restaurants loud patrons at very random hours of the day/week considering they could never get a set time of business hours. The building has zero circulation outside of the units so it usually smells very bad due to the trash closets only being emptied once a week. What really makes me want to tell everyone about my experience is the fact that the building manager Tanner never submitted my final account statement causing a HUGE delay in the return of my deposit. He told me it would be up to 30 days after my lease ended to get it (2/28) but i never did. I called Tanner 5 different times, left messages 3 of those times and emailed him twice about it to get no response. I have no idea what finally made him return my call on 3/14 only for him to blame it on accounting. I had to message accounting because there’s a different delay on my deposit only to find out that Tanner had never submitted any paperwork until that day he decided to call me back. I give this place two stars because they have some food amenities (gym, dog wash station and fob access to building)"

"We stayed here short term for a vacation through Zencity/Airbnb (I assume the apartment runs the listings). We really love it! The first time we had a bit of trouble getting inside because the call box wasn't accepting our code, but the Zencity staff took care of it and we had no other issues since. We didn't have a coffee maker in the apartment so I would recommend bringing one if that's important to you, and the shower/bed is not the best if you are plus size, but everything else is really nice. Beautiful view and very safe - you need your keypad for everything. There is no designated parking, but we always found a spot on the side street nearby and it wasn't a bad walk at all (granted we didn't usually stay out late so it may be harder later at night). I would definitely stay here again. The cheapest hotel I found was about the same price for just a room."
