"If you value your car/safety I wouldn’t recommend living here. Under new management we recently extended our lease thinking things would be better. My vehicle has been vandalized twice, totaling over 7k in damage. The resident garage has absolutely no security, not to mention there isn’t enough parking for all the residents in the building. Extremely disappointed and will further evaluate come our next renewal term."

"Since 2022 Reverb has been bought out by two management companies….there’s your first clue to run…….. Reverb lacks to follow through with contract agreements on their end, will over charge you “accidentally,” then subpoena you with court action ASAP. All they care about is your money, Alison seems to be a confused two -faced robot “running “ things. Rent at over 2k a month + utilities, no enclosed parking, ( cars broken into monthly- even stolen) no amenities. The buildings lounge in the entrance has been filled with cold concrete for their cold hearted managements new offices. Don’t move here."

"No "security," my car got broken into and Management didn't send me any of the video footage despite saying they would. Packages got stolen. No gym, pool, discounts, etc.They only gave me a week to decide if I was moving. Reverb offered me a renewal rate that was $500 MORE monthly than the price they listed my unit on the market for - great way to validate my choice in leaving the apartment."

"I’ve greatly enjoyed my time living at Reverb. The management team has always made me feel welcome and accepted. It saddens me to move on from those relationships, but I know that the management team understands and will always wish me the best. I have nothing to say but good things about my experience at Reverb, and I’d be happy to recommend it to others seeking a friendly, upscale living situation located in the heart of the city."

"Reverb KC is the best community to live in, hands down!!!! Their property manager and leasing agents are top notch! The maintenance team is quick, professional and proficient with their skills! Reverb KC has great communication to its tenants, and make sure that they are always going above and beyond to make sure their tenants are taken care of. The management team always has fun events planned for the community as well! It has been great living here for the past few months and we will not be going anywhere anytime soon. Keep up the great work Reverb KC!!"
