"I highly recommend Pershing Lofts. The building is safe, the units are spacious and beautiful with high ceilings and upgraded appliances. Even though I had a studio, it came with a uuuuuge closet and lots of additional storage space. Stellar views of KC, the Memorial Park, and Union station. Management was exceptional, people were friendly and helpful. It is a quick walk to the street car stop and Union Station for some Chiefs gear or a really good coffee. Overall Pershing Lofts offers a great living experience."

"Update!! We have moved in and couldn't be happier! The move in was well coordinated and they had reserved one of the elevators for us to use which was amazingly helpful! Our space is beautiful and any issues we encountered were attended to immediately. Its clear the management and maintanenence team trully care about the residents here. Thank you again and we look forward to the next year! We absolutely love this building and were super excited when a floor plan became available. Unfortunately we were unable to make a tour work. These great people provide us with everybit of information we needed to feel confident in renting sight unseen! We move in next month and can't wait to make it home! Thank you!"

"Pershing Lofts is hands-down the best apartment community that I have ever had the pleasure of living in. Management is incredibly responsive and friendly and it truly makes you feel at home. The views are unbeatable and the construction is solid. I had very minor issues in the time that I lived there and all concerns were addressed in a quality manner and in a timely fashion. DeAnna goes out of her way to put on special events for residents, whether it be snacks/breakfast/lunch available in resident lounge areas, gift wrapping stations for holidays, general decorations, etc. I did not have the opportunity to check out the rooftop lounge after completion, although I'm sure this added amenity will be a great place to relax when the weather warms up. Can't beat that office view - I moved out 3 days ago and am already missing it!"

"The place is nice in a great location. Unfortunately, I had some issues with the way it's managed. They forgot to charge me parking for 9 months. They then tacked all 12 months of parking fees onto the remainder of my lease WITHOUT TELLING ME. I had auto payment on, so I wouldn't have even known until it was removed from my bank account or I checked the invoice. There is also nowhere for overnight visitors to park. Additionally, a couple months after I moved out, I had a package accidentally delivered there. My girlfriend tried to swing by and pick it up. The front office lady refused to help her and was so rude that my girlfriend left in tears. I wasn't going to leave a review until this happened. Like I said, great location, nice place. Just unfortunate."

"I have loved living at the Pershing Lofts. The views on both sides of the building cannot be beat. Great location. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, tall ceilings, very modern styling. All of the appliances are quality name brands, everything works as it should, never had any issues with maintenance, quality construction. The management company is in-house and very responsive. Common areas are cleaned very frequently. The new outdoor deck is going to be an incredible space with great views of the memorial! The attached parking garage is very secure, the building and elevators are key-fob access. The onsite gym is larger than it looks and has tons of equipment. Everyone in the building is very friendly, most are long-term residents. Never had any issues with city noise or neighbors. Best apartment I've ever rented, hands down. I would highly recommend Pershing Lofts!"
