"So I've had my auto and homeowners insurance with Allstate for almost 3 years now and didn't really have a problem with them until I was informed that when my policy renewed this month my auto monthly rate was going to go up drastically with really no explanation when I asked. I realized it there is premium increases but we're talking over $200 a month more. I reached out to this State farm office because it's close to my house and my family primarily my mother has used State farm for 40 plus years. Makes me wonder why I hadn't done this sooner because everything from the start of the call all the way until I was a new State farm member and hanging up off the call, Brittany was absolutely amazing! I say this because she made the experience stress-free, relatively quick yet she was also thorough, super friendly, and yeah it just felt like I didn't really have to do anything but let her work her magic!
