"While the direct in person communications between me and the director and some of the staff were friendly and cordial, they dropped the ball on all other methods of communication. My daughter has attended head start there for a few months now and her behaviors have gotten worse, she tells me the teachers yell at her all the time and she doesn't get to play much. While my strong-willed daughter has issues with following directions and listening it seems the way they handle it has only heightened the severity of the issue. She has picked up inappropriate language and behaviors from the other children and even though some of this is to be expected I did not realize it would be so much and handled in a way that showed a disregard for the proper care and communication with my daughter and myself. This past week my daughter told me other kids were touching her inappropriately on her privates. I spoke with the director and she said unless I gave her a specific time or date she could not check the cameras, my daughter is 4 and is not always able to keep track of time the way an adult can. Long story short, horrible communication, lack of respectful tone with my daughter and seemingly neglectful actions."

"This school was ok. However, they never called my daughter by the right name, and always spelled it wrong, even after my husband and I would talk with the teachers about it. My daughter would come home telling me her teacher was yelling at her most days. The school Is terrible at communication as well. My son was changed out of an outfit one day because the teacher did not want to see him wearing it. No one listens there."

"I have a now one year old who has been attending since he was six months .They actually teach the children !He is learns Spanish the ladies at the front desk are amazing the teachers are amazing as well!"

"Some of the staff can learn to communicate more affectively( outside of payments) with the parents,and stop allowing personal feelings towards the paren to break this communication. I have a 9 year that communicates better than some of them. Kind verbal reminders of daycare closing for parents who don't go inside often and make more use of the car rider line would be appreciated, because we all live busy lives.Professionalism goes along way!"

"As a former child at this center from infancy, pre-k and eventually in after school care through middle school, I can wholeheartedly say the care and education, love and support I received here set me on a great path to excell in school and get through college and graduate school. I am eternally grateful for the love and support that I received in my early, developing years. I will recommend this center to anyone. My only regret is that I now live too far (12 hours) away to send my young son here."
