"If I could not give any stars, I would! This daycare is only concerned about the bottom dollar does not work with parents nor do they have any compassion or empathy for hard working parents. Jalisa is very rude does not know how to communicate. The janitor/cafeteria man her uncle is very rude speaks to women as if he is one! Also they don't feed your kids my child left as clean as she came in and always complained about being hungry look like they hire people just off the street. Homeless people living right outside the entrance door. So hide your pearls and hold your kids tightly! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

"I am updating my review because google notified me that someone found it useful. I served as the head of the parent committee and My child attended this facility for two years. Most of the teachers are really great. But the admin team falls short, specifically the owner. The lack of communication skills are true as other people have written. The owner cannot handle having difficult conversations at all when a parent voices a concern. The owner is one of the number one reasons I pulled my child from this facility. However, the facility itself is clean and well maintained. Your child will learn a lot here but they can also learn a lot elsewhere. It’s not the worst place in the world but the leadership definitely needs improvement. Also in 2020 they gave prize incentives to parents for leaving good reviews so many parents were convinced to leave a review for that specific reason. In conclusion, the 4 main teachers my child had over her two years were absolutely great and I appreciate them a lot but the owner really drags the review down."

"I worked at Learn A Lot for a while under Teresa and can vouch for her maturity and good leadership as a boss. She runs the Center with excellence and works very hard to make sure the children, staff, and teachers are well taken care of. I would recommend working at Learn A Lot to anyone wanting to grow as a preschool teacher! I learned so much as a teacher while working there and know that that wouldn’t have been possible without the good leadership that is in place. I love this school and miss the staff, teachers, and kids!"

"One of the worst daycares my kids have ever been to. The teachers are beyond amazing, but the staff themselves are horrible, especially the director Teresa. I’ve witnessed a teacher being yelled at in front of me & my one year old daughter. The staff called to let me know one of my girls was running a low temp but couldn’t tell me which one & then told me the WRONG ONE. My kids were kicked out due to me telling Teresa about my concerns & to do her job as the director. This place is dirty as well, my kids have NEVER been as sick as they were here. My youngest caught a stomach bug, pink eye & Covid from the infant room alone. Teresa only cares about money & not actually about your family. I’d hate to see how they talk to this kids when parents aren’t there considering they treat their staff like trash. 4 teachers alone had quit from when we had started to when we had left. I also have all the emails & proof about the incidents & how Teresa didn’t want to resolve them."

"My daughter Journey has been a part of Learn A Lot for quite some time now. She loves it here and we’ve never had any issues with staff members, or otherwise. Mrs Lisa and Mrs Kaitlyn are textbook models for what a parent would want in someone who spends 8 hours or more with their child. These two wonderful teachers provide a great and healthy learning environment for our daughter that far exceeds what our expectations were when we enrolled her. We are beyond blessed to entrust our daughter with Learn A Lot Academy, and we highly recommend this institution to anyone searching for reliable child care services. Keep up the great work guys!!!"
