"This is a very spacious place for children to play.. My grandson had a party there and it was Dirty the staff wasn't cleaning off no table where customers had sat and ate..their was food on the floor that employees was walking over..the trashcan was full.. We cleared our party things but had to push the trash down with my Hand before I could get trash from our party in the can. It was cotton candy trash on the floor. The pop and juice tasted just like soda water no flavor at all.."

"Went for school night. Took forever to get in, due to no one there to stamp. They were very confused at the register while ringing us up. We had to grab our own food from the kitchen window, the pizza plate was hot and we had to carry it to our table. We're not even sure it was put under our school event. We ate our food and left. No one was at the door to even check our stamps. We ended up walking out. Very irritating experience. Left without even using the game time that we purchased."

"I took my 5 kids here to play because we received a gift card for Christmas. The games were fun & the kids had fun but service was terrible. No one was at the front desk to help when I tried to order pizza so I never got the chance to order them any pizza then when we were leaving I was stopped at the door by an employee & was basically asked to show a “hand stamp for my kids” which I never received then they wanted me to provide proof that my children were actually mine which was annoying & time consuming I have 5 kids having melt downs & now I need to stop & show someone my kids are actually mine because someone didn’t do their job & stamp our hands. Definitely don’t know if I’ll return to this location"

"This place is amazing! I've been a couple of times for birthday parties. Today, we had trouble with our play cards, one time we lost one, but three times they stopped working. The person who found our card turned it in and the staff returned it to us. So awesome! When they timed out, I refilled them at the kiosk. I later learned there was still time on them and I spent $111 unnecessarily. The staff, Alixcia, refunded my money. She was so kind about it too! Another shout out to Mirah! She came to us while we were playing to return our card, get our ice cream orders, and so wonderfully checked us out at the points counter while my three children spoke over each other and still knew exactly what we asked for and was just so very kind! Today was so awesome! I recommend you have your party there every year! Thank you Chuck E Cheese!"

"The pizza was actually the best part of our visit. Service was non-existent unfortunately. The young man who finally met us at the front entrance so we could order and pay for entry and food seemed like he wanted to be anywhere else but at work. Didn't communicate to me that the salad bar was an extra $12, then proceeded to scold me while I was midway through making a salad for my kids and I. My kids fortunately enjoyed the games well enough and were able to cash in their few tickets for some suckers and candy. Overall, I don't think we'll be back to this location any time soon. Perhaps we just caught the staff on a bad day."
