"If I could give a negative stars I would. My wife is pregnant and we discovered a lot of black mold in the apartment and have been very sick. The property manager said they would let us out of the lease because of it but now want a doctor's diagnosis of black mold poisoning, which we never said that we had only that we have been sick for months. Even though we moved out in 5 days, missed 3 days of work and got out before the first of the month they are still charging us. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!"
"Very terribly managed. These people care only about your money. Falsely advertised as “family oriented”; neighbor screamed and threatened police because my 1 year old crawls too loud(?) and then filed a noise complaint. Management has ignored me on multiple requests for information in multiple forms (text, email) about even community guidelines and information about on the supposed noise complaint. Buildings are very squeaky every step you take. Don’t come here if you want an anxiety free living space. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy."
"This was my first apartment and really I thought it was a decent place. Mandee is really great to work with and really cares about her tenets that take care of the property. My only complaints are the appliances are pretty well dated. I had soda freezing and other items melting without touching the temp. It wasn't until after I handed in my 30 day notice that they finally offered to replace it. The dishwasher was also very old but it seemed to do the job. My other complaint is the neighbors who seem to have to much time on their hands so they look at other people's property. I had 2 or 3 complaints about grilling on my patio even though I had an electric grill. Overall it really isn't a bad place though."
"Samantha was the manager when I lived there. She "lost" my checklist of what was wrong with the apartment and tried to say I did $2000 in damage on the apartment. They kept deposit on top of it and put this fraudulent information on my credit score. Two of my neighbors had the same experience. I got along fine with all previous managers. The place may be better if they have hired new management."
"This is only the second apartment complex I've lived in, but my husband and I have not had a terrible experience. We are current tenants, and our neighbors have been unobtrusive. (I can only recognize a handful of them on sight and know none of their names, but they don't bother us and we don't bother them). The Pros: It was the cheapest place in town that allows pets. It's close to anywhere you need to be in Ozark. Water and sewer are included. We haven't had an electric bill over $200, and we're night people, so we have lights on a lot all night. Maintenance is included. Laundry hookups and laundromat are available. It has a pool. The Cons: Maintenance is slow (it takes them at least a couple days to address anything). I have seen more spiders here than I have anywhere else... well except perhaps my parents' garage. Every month or so, we end up killing a brown recluse that gets into our apartment. Sometimes when there is a plumbing problem downstairs, it backs up into our upstairs apartment; it has only happened once in the tow years that we've lived here, but it was rather unpleasant (However, maintenance was actually quick to get that fixed). Side note: the appliances are nothing fancy. The stove appears to be from the 1990s, and the dishwasher isn't much newer. Ours still work fine. This is economy housing; don't expect the Ritz. ;)"
