"Definitely do not recommend. They raise rent every year and they don’t tell you that information before you move in. The hours they are in the office is all over the place so if you need to talk to someone or if it’s an emergency you just have to wait to hear back from them. The office manager is nice but the company (Wilhoit) in general is horrible. Just look up the reviews on Wilhoit and you will see all the negative than positive, so do your research. It used to be a quiet nice place to live but cars keep getting broken into and vandalized and they do absolutely nothing, and we have recommended cameras and they act like they don’t care."
"Apartments are vary nice for the price there are some things that could be better like when the mowing people come it blows dirt right under the door there's a big enough gap for light to come through as well and when it's cold out or windy you feel it coming through the windows the plugs and the door other then that Neighbors are friendly nice quiet and clean neighborhood the maintenance guy is very nice my kids like him a lot and the new manager can't remember her name right now is vary nice and helpful"
