"I have lived here for a while and it is one of the best managed apartments I’ve ever lived in. Michelle is so helpful and kind and everyone I ever speak to in the office is great! Maintenance comes to get the fixes done within the day and I have always felt heard and understood every time I need something! The rent is reasonable and all of my neighbors are absolutely lovely! I love my building so much. ❤️ Everyone is kind and respectful of each other around them! This place is so very special to me and I really appreciate the effort that is put into this place on a personal level. I was in dire need of housing due to a big life change and Michelle and the staff at Ozark Plantation were there and so kind and understanding. If you’re a good tenant, they will take care of you!"

"After living out of state for a while, I returned and found Ozark Plantation Apartments. Living here has been an absolute pleasure! I will definitely be renewing my lease again! Although it's by a major highway (US-65), the traffic noise is surprisingly muted. My neighbors are all courteous and maintenance has always timely fixed whatever issues I've had. The property is within walking distance of an Urgent Care Clinic, gas station, food, a few restaurants and a major highway - US-65. If you enjoy going to Branson, Silver Dollar City and attractions, you're about halfway there - just 30 miles down the road! The property manager Michelle has been absolutely professional, friendly and kind. Allow me to explain. At the time of this writing, I'm sure others are going through inflation, job loss or some unexpected and unplanned economic emergency. Instead of putting me on the street, and humiliating me, Michelle worked with me to become current again while I sought out some temporary rent. Michelle does enforce the rules she's required to but does so with a grace, humility and understanding that I've not found anywhere I've lived. After losing my job 9 months ago, and struggling to pay rent (for the first time in 20 years!), I'm happy to report I've found one remote job and working on a second one (aren't we all right now?) If you want a quiet, peaceful and relatively stable place to live - this is the place for you! I HIGHLY recommend Michelle to be your next leasing agent! As a side note - If you work remotely (as I do) the property is quiet during the days, minus the occasional lawn mower or typical apartment noises."

"I appreciate the location of these apartments! It is a close commute to Springfield and Branson! It is also near an outdoor trail. The apartments come with a pool, a lovely outdoor space to hang out, and a mini gym with treadmills. Also I’ve never experience such speed when it comes to putting in a maintenance requests. Every time the maintenance employees surprise me with how fast they respond and take care of the problem. I’m just not use to that ten star service they provide!!!! I’ve never waited more than 1 business day. The employees here are rockstars"
