"Love living here! I am going on my 3rd yr of living here. I have never had any issues with the Manager she is great and keeps control of the property. The grounds are always clean and kept up. Last summer my a/c went out. It was replaced in a timely manner. I feel safe here. The only thing I wish is for new carpet... Or since I am such a loyal tenetant a free cleaning... (smile)"

"We have had nothing but positive experiences since first contacting Ozark Mountain. Any "problems" or questions have been responded to and taken care of in a timely manner. Very quiet property compared to some we looked at."

"The absolute worst. Landlord and the male that accompanies her are probably the two most unruly individuals and should not be given a title over anyone. Verbally assaulting tenants and their children in front of their family just to make scenes for other tennants. They believe that residents should be afraid of the landlords and that is absolutely not how things should work. I'm not sure if there is any legal action that can be taken against these to but something has to be done to stop this behavior before more residents are affected."

"The worst apartment company ever. I found mold growing from the carpet in my unit. It was 4th of July weekend 2016,I thought it was very strange that dust was on clothing in my closet so I googled what mold looks like on clothes,shoes,etc and I realized yes I was correct, so I called the office but of course they were closed so I left a vm.instead of the office manager calling me that next morning she went to my unit without notifying me and took pics( also w/o my consent )to send to the main office who then revealed that they could do nothing until 3 days later. So I lost all of my shoes,most of my family's clothing and had to be homeless because I couldn't live in the apt with the mildew smell (due to asthma) which became worse all within a wkend.. if you wanna be screwed out of your money and lose items that they won't replace even with pics I have saved in my phone ,then rent from this horrible company. Oh and also they will triple charge you more for moving out even after I paid the entire month rent and only stayed 7 days before giving my notice which Jackie the apt manager told me I could and that I would get my money back..also I researched with a mold expert who stated that no carpet cleaning company can verify mold in 3 days it's takes longer than that to run tests..just stay away from this nightmare company"
